Jeffrey Lee Brown, 48, Minden, Nev., was convicted June 8 of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. For the DUII, he was sentenced to 15 days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $2,635. For reckless driving, he was sentenced to 10 days in jail, to be served consecutively, 24 months’ probation and to pay $602.

Silas Gnaedinger, 31, Crescent City, Calif., was convicted June 11 of assault and disorderly conduct. For assault, he was ordered to pay $5,000 plus $11,896.47 restitution. For disorderly conduct, he was ordered to pay $1,000.

Jesse Traydon Brown, 37, Eugene, failed to appear June 14 for arraignment on a misdemeanor treated as a violation. He was convicted by default and ordered to pay $150.

Terry Gordon Frank, 58, Cave Junction, was convicted June 14 by default of taking a canary rockfish in closed season. He was ordered to pay $145.

Robert Lynn Palmer, 37, Lacey, Wash., failed to appear June 14 on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, failure to carry and present a license and false information to police. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

James Hayden, 58, Williams, was convicted June 15 of taking a canary rockfish in closed season. He was ordered to pay $100.

Clarence Joseph Lewis, 27, Hoopa, Calif., failed to appear June 15 on charges of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and failure to carry and present a license. He was convicted by default of the marijuana charge and ordered to pay $1,045. A warrant was issued for his arrest on the other two charges.

Robin Michelle Rouen, 49, Brookings, on June 15 had a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle dismissed.

Tiffany Reanne Arnett, 24, Brookings, on June 16 was convicted of probation violation on two convictions for possession of methamphetamine and one of theft. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail on each of the two meth violations and to pay $67 on the theft violation. Her probations were continued.

Craig Arnold Briggs, 47, Port Orford, failed to appear June 16 on charges of first-degree theft and second-degree theft. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Alane Todd Van Horn, 43, Brookings, was convicted June 16 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was given a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $458.

Harry Edward Sizelove, 40, Gold Beach, was convicted June 16 of escape. He was sentenced to 15 days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $952.

Heather Ann Edwards, 35, Brookings, failed to appear June 18 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Bobby Douglas Landers, 19, Brookings, was convicted June 18 of attempting to elude a police vehicle, identity theft and violation of three probations. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months’ probation and to pay $717 plus $12.50 restitution for eluding. His probation for identity theft and possession of methamphetamine were revoked and he was sentenced to 60 days on each as well as one year post-prison supervision on both. Probation for theft was continued. All the jail sentences were consecutive for a total of 130 days. Sentencing for the new identity theft was set for June 23.
