Courtney M. Fike, born 1992, of Brookings, pleaded no contest and was convicted on minor in possession of alcohol charges. She was fined $650 and a one-year suspension of her license.

Danielle M. Alsup, born 1983, of Grants Pass, was convicted of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and sentenced to one year of revoked diversion, a $1,000 fine and a six-month license suspension.

Richard J. Joyner, born 1982, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was fined $650. In another charge, he was convicted of escape, but had a felony assault and delivery of an imitation controlled substance charge dismissed. For the conviction, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 24 months probation and fined $765.

Daniel Lee Richardson, born 1961, of Brookings, was denied a motion to exclude an officer’s false testimony in a DUII charge to which he has pleaded not guilty.

David Alvarez, born 1982, of Brookings, was convicted of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and fined $1,000.

Duane Eugene Bond, born 1962, Brookings, will face trial Jan. 14 on charges of refusing to take an intoxicant test to which he pleaded not guilty. Sentencing will follow regarding a related DUII charge.

Jeremy Michael Colbert, born 1976, of Brookings, had misdemeanor harassment charges dismissed.

Michael John Murphy, born 1968, of Toledo, was issued a warrant for his arrest after he failed to appear on DUII charges.

Thomas B. Weaver, no birth date or city given, pleaded guilty and was convicted of minor in possession of alcohol charges. He was fined $250.

A warrant was issued to Rachel Estelle Wilson-McCullough, born 1970, of Brookings, after she failed to appear in court on disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing charges.

Efren J. Quintero, born 1986, of Brookings, pleaded no contest to charges of failing to carry his license and was convicted and fined $500.

Alexander Corey Storm, born 1993, of Brookings, will face a 12-person jury Feb. 5 after pleading not guilty to assault charges.

Timothy Lee March, born 1977, of Klamath, was arraigned on felony charges of possession of methamphetamine.

Eugene S. Peterson, born 1994, of Brookings, was arraigned on assault, menacing and harassment charges.

Garry Lewis Doane Jr., born 1992, of Sixes, was arraigned on charges of water pollution, placing a polluting substance in water, depositing trash near water and offensive littering. He was released on conditions.

Jared Michael Clark, born 1973, of Blaine, Wash., presented an alibi and had two charges of sodomy and four of sexual abuse dismissed. Four others were removed. He was conditionally released and will return to court Jan. 14 on other charges.
