Tiana Marek, born 1970, Brookings, was convicted Jan. 6 of probation violation. Her probation was revoked and she was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Deborah Francesca Jacquez, born 1991, Brookings, was given a conditional discharge Jan. 6 for possession of methamphetamine and was convicted of violations of two probations and was sentenced to five days each.

Matthew Ray Scott, born 1981, Port Orford, was convicted Jan. 6 of assault on a public safety officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. For resisting, he was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $1,000. For disorderly, he was sentenced to 20 hours of community service, 36 months’ probation and to pay $250.

Angelina L. Bench, born 1990, Brookings, on Jan. 9 was convicted of false insurance information to police and was sentenced to pay $750.

Pablo Cortes Gallegos, born 1970, Medford, was convicted by default Jan. 9 of failure to carry and present a license. He was sentenced to pay $750.

Raymond Charles Heiss, born 1959, Brookings, was given a one-year diversion Jan. 9 for driving under the influence of intoxicants and was ordered to pay $386.

John F. Lantz, born 1945, Brookings, was given a one-year diversion Jan. 9 for driving under the influence of intoxicants and was ordered to pay $386.

Steven Keith Miller, born 1946, Grants Pass, failed to appear Jan. 9 on a served warrant for driving under the influence of intoxicants. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Joseph M. Newberry, born 1978, Lemoore, Calif., was convicted Jan. 9 by default of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and was sentenced to pay $1,000.

Jeoffry Reynolds-Qualls, born 1992, Brookings, failed to appear Jan. 9 for arraignment on a theft charge. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Randal Ray Ritz, born 1957, Brookings, was convicted Jan. 9 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and was sentenced to pay $750.

Allison R. Thacker, born 1989, Brookings, was sentenced Jan. 9 on her revoked diversion for driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was sentenced to five days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $1,700.

Jennifer Lee Wilson, born 1948, Port Orford, was convicted Jan. 9 of disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 12 months’ probation and to pay $500.

Robert John Degroot, born 1953, Brookings, was convicted Jan. 10 of probation violation and was sentenced to 10 days in jail and to pay $525.

Moonchay Kari Dowd, born 1982, failed to appear Jan. 10 for arraignment on a charge of theft of identity and an arrest warrant was issued.

Kenneth Allen Vandervoorden, born 1987, Gold Beach, was convicted Jan. 10 of assault and probation violation. He was sentenced Jan. 11 to 30 days in jail for the assault, 36 months’ probation and to pay $600. For the probation violation he was sentenced to 90 days in jail to be served consecutively.

Melinda Lou Green, born 1957, Portland, was convicted Jan. 10 of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. Sentencing was set for Jan. 18.

Todd Glenn Buckmaster, born 1975, Grants Pass, was convicted Jan. 11 of assault and contempt of court. For assault, he was sentenced to 35 days in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $600, a $1,000 compensatory fine to the victim and restitution to be determined. For contempt, he was sentenced to 20 days, to be served consecutively, and to pay $500.

Adam Christopher Cochran, born 1987, Gold Beach, was convicted Jan. 11 of unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, two years’ probation and to pay $1,000 plus $500 compensatory fine to the victim and restitution to be determined.

Shayla Marie Comstock, born 1972, Port Orford, was convicted Jan. 11 of harassment. She was sentenced to 24 months’ probation and to pay $915.

Nicholas Copeland-Hiseley, born 1984, Brookings, failed to appear Jan. 11 for a pretrial hearing on harassment and disorderly conduct charges. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Michael Ray Jones, born 1968, Crescent City, failed to appear Jan. 11 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

William Todd Stowers, born 1962, Grants Pass, was convicted Jan. 11 of harassment. He was sentenced to 12 months’ in jail and to pay $635.

Robert Ryan Anderson, born 1986, Port Orford, was convicted Jan. 11 of harassment. He was sentenced to five days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $2,435.

Trixie Lynn Standley, born 1966, Harbor, was given a conditional discharge Jan. 11 for possession of methamphetamine. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months’ probation and to pay $785.

Stanley Thaddeus Zakowski, born 1934, Brookings, was convicted Jan. 11 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was sentenced to pay $545.

Robert Mailand Howard, born 1931, was convicted Jan. 11 of 33 counts of encouraging child sex abuse. Sentencing was set for Jan. 30.

Theodore Ward Ketchem, born 1954, Brookings, failed to appear Jan. 12 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Robert Norman Nelson, born 1992, Brookings, on Jan. 12 had two counts of recklessly endangering another and two of pointing a firearm at another dismissed without prejudice.
