Lonnie William Sanborn, 61, Brookings, was convicted Jan. 22 of having a dog running at large. He was ordered to pay $50, with another $92 suspended.

Lucas Noble Huhn, 30, Bandon, was convicted by default on Jan. 25 of having no fishing license. He was ordered to pay $75.

Lesli Diane Bilodeau, 47, Gold Beach, was convicted Jan. 26 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was sentenced to two days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $2,195.

Christopher James Cowan, 23, Brookings, was convicted Jan. 26 of possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to seven hours in jail, 70 hours of community service, 18 months’ probation and to pay $785.

Winna Rae Evans, 48, Gold Beach, failed to appear Jan. 26 for arraignment on a show cause order. Her diversion for a DUII conviction was revoked and a warrant was issued for her arrest.

Anthony Kent Haskins, 23, Brookings, was convicted Jan. 26 of three counts of carrying a concealed weapon. He was ordered to pay $435 and to forfeit three daggers.

Mehmet Ali Balkan, 23, Olympia, Wash., was convicted Jan. 27 of possession of a controlled substance. He was given a conditional discharge, placed on 18 months’ probation and ordered to pay $642.

Dustin Anthony Matlock, 23, Brookings, was convicted Jan. 27 of hindering prosecution. He was sentenced to five days in jail, 100 hours of community service, 24 months’ probation and to pay $742.

Ryan Matthew Mjelde, 22, Brookings, was convicted Jan. 27 of furnishing liquor to a minor. He was ordered to pay $395.

Rosemary Neuman, 53, Brookings, on Jan. 27 had charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants dismissed.

Beverly Jean Smiley, 44, Brookings, on Jan. 27 was convicted of first-degree theft by receiving. Sentencing was set for Jan. 29.

Ann Elizabeth Stockton, 51, Harbor, on Jan. 27 was convicted of driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was sentenced to 100 hours of community service, 24 months’ probation and to pay $1,675.

Kaleb Scott Cadwalader, 29, Portland, was convicted Jan. 28 of probation violation. His conditional discharge on an identity theft conviction was revoked and he was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months’ probation and to pay $647.

Lucas Ryan McPherson, 31, Grants Pass, failed to appear Jan. 28 on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Kristopher Wayne Simpson, 20, Talent, was convicted Jan. 28 of probation violation. His probation was continued and extended one year.

Ryan S. G. Gehrke, 27, Gold Beach, had his driving under the influence of intoxicants diversion revoked and was sentenced for DUII on Jan. 29. He was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $1,520.

Andrew Diaz Scott, 35, Central Point, was convicted on Jan. 29 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $458.

Beverly Jean Smiley, 44, Brookings, was sentenced on Jan. 29 for her conviction of first-degree theft. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $642.

Dawn Marie Oviatti, 40, Myrtle Point, was convicted Jan. 29 of menacing. She was sentenced to eight days in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $907.
