John Franklin Reece, 46, Brookings, was convicted Feb. 1 of having no commercial fishing license. He was ordered to pay $150.

Eric Michael Borcham, 23, Port Orford, was convicted Feb. 1 of driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended. He was given a one-year diversion on the DUII and ordered to pay $458. He was fined $354 on the DWS.

Scott R. Pearson, 34, Gold Beach, was convicted Feb. 3 of failure to return a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with no driver license. He was ordered to pay $345 on the failure to return and $251 for no license.

Levi Hawken Anderson, 19, Port Orford, was placed on a six-month diversion on Feb. 3 on charges of reckless driving, recklessly endangering another and menacing. He was ordered to pay $400.

Jerry Robert Dean Baugh, 40, Brookings, was convicted Feb. 3 of probation violation. His probation was continued.

Heather Michelle Iverson, 21, Brookings, was convicted of probation violation on Feb. 3. Her probation was continued and extended one year.

Michael Steven Roseveare, 18, El Dorado, Calif., was convicted of possession of methamphetamine on Feb. 3. He was given a conditional discharge, placed on probation for 18 months and ordered to pay $615.

Patricia Holmes, 51, Harbor, was convicted Feb. 4 of theft. Sentencing was set for Feb. 11.

Phillip Lee Jones Jr., 34, Gold Beach, was convicted Feb. 4 of being a felon in possession of a firearm. The weapon was forfeited, he was placed on 18 months’ probation and he was ordered to pay $885.

Allison Jeanette Birdwell, 38, Brookings, was convicted Feb. 4 of violation of two probations. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail and the probations were continued.

Lorinda Marie Bowen, 25, Brookings, failed to appear Feb. 5 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for her arrest.
