Tre Brown, born 1993, Grants Pass, was given a diversion Feb. 14 for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and was ordered to pay $333.

Heather Lynn Dufay, born 1983, Crescent City, was convicted Feb. 14 of probation violation. Her probation was extended to Nov. 12, 2012.

Arthur Ferguson, born 1947, Smith River, was sentenced Feb. 14 on his conviction for driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was given six days in jail, 160 hours’ community service, 36 months’ probation and ordered to pay $2,535.

Spencer Nordbeck, born 1992, Grants Pass, on Feb. 14 was given a diversion for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and ordered to pay $333.

Renea Jean Coopersmith, born 1956, Cave Junction, on Feb. 14 was given a diversion for driving under the influence of intoxicants and ordered to pay $458.

Michael Robert Fulton, born 1964, Brookings, was convicted Feb. 14 of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $350.

Michael Shawn Smith, born 1971, Coos Bay, was given a diversion Feb. 14 for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and was ordered to pay $333.

Terri Lisa Slater, born 1965, Harbor, was convicted Feb. 15 of probation violation. Her probation was continued.

Catherine Mendoza, born 1971, Brookings, failed to appear Feb. 15 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Francis Warren Hills, born 1959, Brookings, was sentenced Feb. 16 on his conviction for driving under the influence of intoxicants. He received 60 days in jail, 36 months’ probation and was ordered to pay $3,255.

Terry Lucky Price, born 1959, Coos Bay, was convicted Feb. 16 of driving while revoked. Sentencing was set for the end of his trial for felon in possession of a restricted weapon, scheduled for March 9.

Francisco Rojas, born 1987, was convicted Feb. 16 of criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $67.

Matilda Rudel Tuffey, born 1953, Brookings, was given a diversion Feb. 16 for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Adam Kyler Atwood, born 1990, Brookings, was convicted Feb. 16 of first-degree burglary. Sentencing was set for March 3.

Rosa Isela Prado-Perez, born 1966, Brookings, on Feb. 17 had charges of possession of a forged instrument dismissed.

Joseph Edward Armfield, born 1988, Brookings, on Feb. 17 was convicted of possession of a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine. For the controlled substance, he was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months’ probation and ordered to pay $842. For the meth, he was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months’ probation and to pay $642. The jail sentences are to be served consecutively.

Daryl Chrystyn Cotner, born 1979, Harbor, was convicted Feb. 17 of attempting to fail to perform drivers’ duty. Sentencing was set for Feb. 24.

Shane Michael Ortiz, born 1971, Harbor, failed to appear for a pretrial conference on charges of contempt of court. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Benjamin Zeb Mattson, born 1989, Gold Beach, was sentenced Feb. 18 on his conviction for driving under the influence of intoxicants after his diversion was revoked. He was given 48 hours in jail, 24 months’ probation and ordered to pay $1,720.

Dafney Ann Todd, born in 1951, Gold Beach, was convicted Feb. 18 of littering within 100 yards of water. She was placed on 12 months’ probation and ordered to pay $242.
