Editor’s note: An entry for Rocky Ray McAnelly in the Dec. 3 Court Report incorrectly reported that his marijuana diversion had been revoked. Court records now show that was incorrect and his diversion remains in place and no fine is due.

Justin Ray Hoefle, born 1986, Brookings, was convicted Dec. 12 of two counts of theft. He was sentence Dec. 13 to 12 days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $725 plus $1,039.65 restitution on the first count and 24 months’ probation and to pay $135 on the second.

Susan Michelle Linker, born 1970, Stanfield, was sentenced Dec. 12 for driving under the influence of intoxicants after her diversion was revoked. She was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $2,135.

Ryan Denis Martin, born 1974, Brookings, was convicted Dec. 12 of theft and criminal trespass. For theft, he was sentenced to 90 days in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $885 plus restitution to be determined. For trespass, he was ordered to pay $67.

Julie Diane Mills, born 1974, Willow Creek, Calif., was convicted Dec. 12 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and was ordered to pay $545.

Paul W. Johnson, born 1959, was convicted Dec. 12 of theft. He was sentenced to 10 hours of community service and to pay $45.

Gregory Charles Stokes, born 1976, McKinleyville, Calif., was given a conditional discharge for possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 100 hours of community service, 18 months’ probation and to pay $2,500.

Jonathon Edward Donahue, born 1993, Brookings, was convicted Dec. 13 of minor possessing alcohol, given a diversion for possessing less than an ounce of marijuana and convicted of allowing minor to consume alcohol on property. for the MIP, he was ordered to pay $100, for the diversion $333 and for allowing $395.

Howard Joseph Lape, born 1958, Mesa, Ariz., was convicted Dec. 13 for eluding a police officer and reckless driving. For eluding, he was placed on 24 months’ probation and ordered to pay $215 and for reckless driving, he was placed on 24 months’ probation and ordered to pay $202.

Katie Elizabeth Horn, born 1991, Brookings, was convicted Dec. 13 of theft. She was sentenced to 40 hours of community service, 18 months’ probation and ordered to pay $680.

Mariah L. Wilkins, born 1991, Brookings, was convicted Dec. 13 of theft. She was ordered to pay $545.

Christopher A. Speegle, born 1966, was convicted Dec. 13 of aiding in game violation, hunting with artificial light. He was sentenced Dec. 16 to 100 hours of community service, 24 months’ probation and to pay $885.

Kami Lynn Kiser, born 1968, Port Orford, was convicted Dec. 23 of probation violation. Her probation was revoked and she was sentenced to 60 days in jail and one year post prison supervision.

Benjamin D. Perry, born 1978, Gold Beach, was convicted Dec. 13 of criminal trespass and was ordered to pay $45.

Thomas Glenn Moore, born 1981, Wedderburn, was convicted Dec. 14 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was sentenced to 200 hours of community service, 24 months’ probation and to pay $2,332.

Larry Dale Dooley, born 1956, Brookings, was given a deferred service agreement Dec. 15 for recklessly endangering another.

Julian Contreras Gutierrez, born 1966, Gold Beach, was convicted Dec. 15 of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and probation violation. For the DUII, he was sentenced to 15 days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $2,335. For reckless, he was sentenced to three years’ probation and to pay $135 plus $700 restitution and $500 compensatory find. His probation was continued and he was sentenced to 20 hours of community service.

Merle Roy Jones, born 1955, Brookings, failed to appear Dec. 15 for a hearing on a criminal mischief charge. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Robert Christopher Rodriguez, born 1984, Smith River, was convicted Dec. 15 of harassment and disorderly conduct. For harassment, he was sentenced to 30 hours of community service, 12 months’ probation and to pay $885.

Joyce Laureen Delucchi, born 1947, Brookings, on Dec. 15 had a misdemeanor treated as a violation dismissed.

Christopher Scott Moore, born 1985, Central Point, was convicted Dec. 15 of filing to carry a license. He was ordered to pay $545.

David Carmelo Scoma, born 1965, Brookings, was convicted Dec. 15 of possessing methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months’ probation and to pay $1,075.

Bobby Lee Miller, born 1977, Fort Bragg, Calif., failed to appear Dec. 16 for a further proceedings hearing. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Noel James Paul, born 1981, Gold Beach, was convicted Dec. 16 of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended, 100 hours of community service, 36 months’ probation and to pay $635.

Kenneth A. Payne, born 1989, Gold Beach, failed to appear Dec. 16 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Fallon Jayne Scalera, born 1983, Brookings failed to appear for a show cause hearing on Dec. 16 and a warrant was issued for her arrest.

Ryan Denis Martin, born 1974, Brookings, was convicted Dec. 16 of driving while suspended and was sentenced to 12 months’ probation and to pay $635.

Geoffry Tollin, born 1942, was sentenced Dec. 16 on his conviction Dec. 13 for private indecency. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 36 months’ probation, to pay $2,635 plus a $2,000 compensatory fine and restitution to be determined in 90 days. He is to enroll and participate in a sexual abuse program; have no contact with a minor without written permission of his probation officer; not to be in a place where persons under 18 congregate such as a park, school, playground or video store; not to view TV, motion picture, home video or internet site that depicts pornography or frequent adult stores, submit to a polygraph test on request of his probation officer and provide blood samples.
