Brett Andrew Carpenter, born 1981, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of felony burglary, attempt to elude police, two charges of criminal mischief and the unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Jeremy Michael Colbert, born 1976, of Brookings, appeared on a warrant and has a pretrial conference set for Dec. 19 on harassment charges.

Joey Sanders, born 1971, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to wildlife law violations and was released until sentencing.

Kellie Michelle Walsh, born 1989, of Brookings, had all charges of manufacturing and delivering marijuana dismissed.

Jacob Andrew Whalen, born 1977, of Pistol River, pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief. Another charge was dismissed.

A failure to appear warrant was issued for Michael Patrick Bertak, born 1956, of Eugene, who faced a 12-person jury trial Dec. 11 on felony charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Melissa Ann Davis, born 1985, of Crescent City, was released on conditions and faces a preliminary hearing on charges of possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and theft.

A warrant was issued for Larry Lee Jones, Jr., born 1976, of Smith River, for failing to appear in court on charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Lance E. Rouen, born 1963, of Brookings, was sentenced to one year of diversion, fined $490 and must have an ignition lock installed in his vehicle for a year after he pleaded guilty to DUII.

Kathleen Elizabeth Salazar, born 1977, of Gold Beach, awaits a pretrial conference Jan. 7 on three charges of aggravated theft and criminal mistreatment.

Robert John Taylor, born 1977, of Gold Beach, was released on conditions on three assault charges and awaits a pretrial conference Jan. 2.

Stacy Ann Warren, born 1972, of Talent, failed to appear in court to review her deferred sentence and had her probation revoked instead. Original charges were two first-degree aggravated thefts and fraud using a credit card.

Clay Dakota Weigand, born 1994, of Central Point, was sentenced to 18 months probation, fined $1,410 and had his license suspended for 90 days for attempting to elude a police vehicle. A second charge was dismissed.

David Spruill, born 1969, of Harbor, was found guilty of not having a shellfish license and fined $110.

Katherine G. Dewey, born 1986, of Seattle, was arraigned on charges of misdemeanor DUII.

Rhys Henry Fong, born 1977, of Medford, pleaded guilty to failing to carry his license with him and fined $500.

Rudy James Hebert, born 1977, of Phoenix was issued a warrant after he failed to appear in court on driving charges.

Cody Cameron Jaehn, born 1978, of Rapid City, S.D., was issued an arrest warrant after failing to appear in court on theft and other charges.

Christopher M. Knox, born 1972, of Jacksonville, pleaded no contest to fishing without a license.

David Dean Marenco, born 1970, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to refusing to take an intoxicant test and DUII and will face a six-person jury April 2 on both charges. A felony charge of supplying contraband was dismissed.

Michael McKinnon, no age given, of Tavernier, Fla., was found guilty of failing to tag a salmon and fined $220.

Genevieve R. Ryan, born 1964, of San Francisco, was convicted of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, fined $650 and will have her driver’s license suspended six months.

Jacob Trevor Shelton, born 1988, of Brookings, was arraigned on burglary and menacing charges.

Aaron Linwood Steinmetz, born 1976, of Port Orford, was found guilty of a probation violation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, 24 months probation, will lose his license for a year and fined $2,272.

Joseph Edward Armfield, born 1988, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. A second theft charge was dismissed.

Dawn Renee Bader, born 1967, of Gold Beach, was convicted on DUII charges and sentenced to five days in jail, 24 months probation, fined $2,105 and will have her license suspended for a year.
