Christian M. Caples-Kretz, born 1994, of Brookings, was convicted for minor in possession of alcohol and fined $260 and had his license suspended for one year.

A six-person jury found Douglas Wayne Hackett, born 1974, Langlois, not guilty of a felon possessing a firearm, criminal mischief and one count of menacing. He was convicted of one charge of menacing and sentenced to 36 months probation, 90 days in jail and $5,600 in fees, of which $4,500 were attorney fees. Two stalking charges and one of recklessly endangering another were dismissed.

Brett Andrew Carpenter, born 1981, Brookings was found guilty of attempting elude a police vehicle and criminal mischief. Three other charges were dismissed.

Shon Michael Davis, born 1976, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and released on conditions.

Emily B. Eller, born 1993, of Brookings, was found guilty of minor in possession of alcohol and fined $200 and had her license suspended for one year.

Joseph Gallardo, born 1957, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and misdemeanor DUII.

Alex Hensley, born 1969, of Winston, was found guilty of hunting without an elk tag. He was found $1,500 and had his hunting license suspended for 36 months.

Kamilah T. Hirza, born 1993, of Logan, Utah, was convicted of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and fined $1,000 and will have her driver’s license suspended for a year.

Ashley N. Holler, born 1993, of Brookings, was found guilty of minor in possession of alcohol and fined $200 and will have her license suspended for a year.

Daryl J. Jobe, born 1993, of Brookings, was found guilty of minor in possession of alcohol and fined $200 and had his license suspended for a year.

William Ray Johnson, born 1951, of Gold Beach, was found guilty of misdemeanor theft, fined $400 and given 24 months probation and can have no contact with Fred Meyer.

Nichole L. Ledford, born 1992, of Brookings, was found guilty of minor in possession of alcohol and fined $140 and have her license suspended for a year.

Nichole L. Lossnum, born 1993, of Brookings, was found guilty of minor in possession of alcohol, fined $200 and had her license suspended for a year.

Ryan Dennis Martin, born 1974, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Casey R. Norman, born 1991, of Brookings, had his probation revoked, fined $75, sentenced to 45 in jail and had his probation extended by 12 months. He was also found guilty of DUII and had his license suspended for three years.

Tina Pettington, born 1968, of Winston, was found guilty of hunting during prohibited hours, fined $1,000 and will have her hunting license suspended for 36 months.

Zachary R. Powell, born 1994, of Brookings, was found guilty of minor in possession of alcohol, fined $200 and will have his license suspended for a year.

Paige A. Santos, born 1993, of Gold Beach, was found guilty of minor in possession of alcohol, fined $200 and will have her license suspended for a year.

Richard Duane Smith, born 1977, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespassing charges and will go to trial March 1.

Sean Robert Tovey, born 1983, of Brookings, was arraigned and released on misdemeanor DUII charges.

Kody Edward Yanushka, born 1991, of McKinleyville, Calif., was found guilty of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, fined $1,000 and will have his license suspended for six months.

Kurt Vaughn Herzog, born 1965, of Gold Beach, will enter a plea on Jan. 8 on charges of possession of methamphetamine and assault charges.

Garth Allen Eckhoff, born 1975, of Lebanon, will plea Jan. 4 on charges of burglary and theft.

Kevin Westly Fettig, born 1993, of Brookings, will plea Jan. 17 on charges of criminal trespassing and possessing less than an ounce of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school. He will be allowed no more continuances.

Jessica Shawn Taylor, born 1982, of Coos Bay, was issued an arrest warrant after failing to appear in court.

Raymond Eugene Tuttle, born 1985, of Brookings, will plea Jan. 7 on charges of furnishing liquor to a minor. He will be allowed no more continuances.

Kimberly Nicole Brockway, born 1990, of Port Orford, had theft charges dismissed.

Matthew Robert Jenkins, born 1982, of Bend, was convicted of felony marijuana possession.

Crystal Ann Taylor, born 1988, of Gold Beach, was convicted for theft and menacing; two other charges were dismissed.

Nicholas Braafladt, born 1992, of Coos Bay, was convicted of harassment and will serve 24 months probation, pay $100 in fines and attend anger management classes.

Katherine G. Dewey, born 1986, of Seattle, was convicted on DUII charges.

Chom Ye Higgins, born 1951, of Brookings, was convicted of disorderly conduct, will serve 18 months probation, pay $200 and ordered not to play loud music.

James Arthur Hoenie, born 1947, of Gold Beach, had two charges dismissed.

Matthew Tyrell Smith, born 1985, of Coquille, was arraigned on felony burglary, theft and harassment charges.

Denise D. Stuart, born 1960, of Myrtle Point, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and failing to carry her license; she was fined $750.

David Alvarez, born 1982, of Brookings, was convicted of felon in possession of a firearm and will be sentenced Jan. 3. Charges of failing to report as a felony sex offender, possession of a controlled substance and criminal trespassing were dismissed.

Timothy J. Bring, born 1962, of Harbor, pleaded guilty to DUII, was fined $490, sentenced to one year of diversion program and must have an ignition lock installed in his vehicle.

Jeannie Paulette Carter, born 1970, of Port Orford, was convicted of assault and failing to perform the duties of a driver and will be sentenced Jan. 3. Charges of recklessly endangering another, reckless driving and attempted assault were dismissed.

Jeremy Michael Colbert, born 1976, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to harassment charges and will face a jury Jan. 3.

Michael A. Ebert, born 1967, of Coos Bay, pleaded not guilty to theft charges and will face a jury Feb. 12.
