Glynn Alfred Addison, born 1961, was convicted Aug. 1 of offensive littering and criminal trespass. He was ordered to pay $50 on each offense.

Joshua Boswell, born 1988, Eureka, Calif., was convicted by default Aug. 1 of possessing less than an ounce of marijuana and was ordered to pay $1,045.

Michael George Henry, born 1966, Brookings, was convicted Aug. 1 of first-degree sodomy. Sentencing was set for Aug. 15.

Robyn Brown, born 1973, Brookings, was placed on a one-year diversion Aug. 1 for driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was ordered to pay $455.

Jerry Edmond Kinman, born 1979, Madras, was convicted Aug. 1 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $2,135.

Robert Lee Sanchez, born 1969, Brookings, was convicted Aug. 1 of theft. He was ordered to pay $534 plus $51.60 restitution.

Jeanette Louise Boyles, born 1957, Brookings, was convicted Aug. 2 of unlawful use of fireworks and was ordered to pay $100.

Daniel Nathan Matlock, born 1978, Brookings, on Aug. 2 had a charge of theft dismissed.

Samantha Elizabeth Ray, born 1990, Harbor, on Aug. 2 was convicted of possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear on a criminal citation, and two counts of probation violation. Both probations were revoked. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail and one year post-prison supervision on each, with the sentences to run consecutively. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, to be served consecutively and ordered to pay $102 for the false information. For the controlled substance, she was sentenced to 60 days in jail, concurrent with the 30 day sentence and consecutive to the probation violation sentences, 36 months’ probation and to pay $242.

Lorene Sigmon, born 1985, Grants Pass, was convicted Aug. 2 of possession of methamphetamine. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months’ probation and to pay $1,035.

Ree Hawken, born 1960, Crescent City, failed to appear Aug. 3 for a driving under the influence of intoxicants charge. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

John Alfred Mapstone, born 1978, Harbor, was sentenced Aug. 3 on his conviction for criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 100 hours of community service, 36 months’ probation and to pay $202 plus $2,271.70 restitution.

Gregory Byron Jones, born 1957, Ingram, Texas, was convicted Aug. 3 of criminal trespass and failure to appear. He was sentenced to pay $67 plus $310 restitution for the trespass and pay $67 for the failure to appear.

David Louis Knapp, born 1950, Port Orford, was sentenced Aug. 4 for reckless driving. He was sentenced to 40 hours of community service, 24 months’ probation and to pay $885 plus restitution to be determined.

Tiana Marek, born 1970, Brookings, was convicted Aug. 4 of two counts of probation violation. One count was revoked and she was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, and the other count was continued.

Douglas Roy Lipscomb, born 1957, Petaluma, Calif., on Aug. 5 was convicted of contempt of court and was sentenced to five days in jail.

Robert Eugene Hall Jr., born 1983, Crescent City, failed to appear Aug. 5 for a pretrial conference on charges of assault, harassment and contempt of court. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Thomas John Seidel, born 1962, Brookings, was convicted Aug. 1 of offensive littering. He was ordered to pay $200 plus $100 restitution.

Jennifer Lynn Hutchison, born 1985, Brookings, was convicted Aug. 3 of harassment. She was ordered to pay $145.
