Patrick Jewel Flanery, born 1991, Brookings, on April 2 was convicted of three counts of probation violation. The first probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 90 days in jail. The other two were continued and he was sentenced to 10 days on each, with both to be served concurrently with the first sentence.

Brian G. Beesemyer, born 1991, Oceanside, Calif., was convicted April 2 of minor in possession of alcohol and was sentenced to pay $200.

Michael Scott Clines, born 1952, Brookings, was convicted April 2 of reckless driving and was sentenced to pay $750.

Elizabeth E. Dougherty, born 1993, Brookings, was convicted April 2 of minor in possession of alcohol and was sentenced to pay $200.

Scott Camp, born 1992, Coos Bay, was convicted April 2 of minor in possession of alcohol and was sentenced to pay $200.

William C. Goergen, born 1968, Harbor, was convicted April 2 of failure to maintain logbook and was sentenced to pay $250.

Patricia N. Holmes, born 1959, Grants Pass, was convicted April 2 of telephonic harassment and was sentenced to pay $250.

Mitchell Huff, born 1992, Coos Bay, was convicted by default April 2 of minor in possession of alcohol and was sentenced to pay $350.

Jeffrey David Lanum, born 1969, Brookings, failed to appear April 2 on a warrant for mail theft and theft. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Hunter J. Marchant, born 1991, North Bend, was convicted April 2 of minor in possession of alcohol and was sentenced to pay $200.

Trey V. Robinson, born 1992, Vancouver, Wash., was convicted by default April 2 of minor in possession of alcohol and was sentenced to pay $350.

Travis Matthew Loeffel, born 1988, Bend, failed to appear April 3 for a probation violation hearing. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Glynn Alfred Addison, born 1961, Harbor, was convicted April 3 of probation violation. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Kami Renee Goeckner, born 1982, Gold Beach, was convicted April 3 of probation violation and possession of meth. Her probation was revoked and she was sentenced to six months. For possession, she was sentenced to 10 days to be served consecutively, 18 months’ probation and to pay $80.

Irene A. Locke, born 1960, was convicted April 3 of two counts of aggravated harassment and resisting arrest. She was sentenced on April 5 to 30 days in jail, 18 months’ probation and to pay $350 on the first harassment, on the second she was sentenced to 30 days, to be served concurrently and 18 months’ probation, and for resisting, she was sentenced to 10 days served concurrently, 36 months’ probation and to pay $100.

Patrick Michael Wallace, born 1990, Smith River, was convicted April 3 of driving under the influence of intoxicants and he had a previous DUII diversion revoked and was sentenced. For the revoked diversion, he was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $1,850. For the new DUII, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail, to be served consecutively, 36 months’ probation and to pay $2,100.

Cale Dudley, born 1982, Grants Pass, was convicted April 5 of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 18 months’ probation and to pay $250.

Annah Darlene McFarland, born 1978, Gold Beach, was convicted April 5 of probation violation, reckless driving and disorderly conduct. Her probation was revoked and she was sentenced to 90 days in jail. For reckless, she was sentenced to 10 days in jail, to be served concurrently, 24 months’ probation and to pay $600 plus $250 restitution. For disorderly she was sentenced to 20 hours of community services and 24 months’ probation.

Benjamin John Larsen, born 1986, Brookings, on April 5 had a charge of assault dismissed.

Gregory J. Carabelas, born 1972, was sentenced April 6 for his conviction of felony driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was sentenced to 13 months in prison, two years’ post-prison supervision and to pay $2,000.

Daniel Walker Fleming, born 1992, Brookings, was convicted April 6 of reckless driving. He was sentenced to 20 hours of community service and to pay $350.

Kristopher Ray Moak, born 1986, Smith River, was convicted April 6 of interfering with a peace officer and disorderly conduct. Sentencing was set for April 10.
