Ryan D. Clifton, born 1975, of Truckee, Calif., was convicted of catching coho salmon out of season and fined $1,185.

Robi Mae Cockrum, born 1994, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of possession of marijuana and minor in possession of alcohol.

David Richard Guest, born 1947, of Merlin, is wanted on a warrant after he failed to appear in court in a DUII incident.

Lester J. Leith, born 1939, of Grants Pass, was convicted on charges of unlawful taking of yelloweye rockfish.

Kim G. Parara, born 1952, of Shady Grove, was convicted of taking a non-fin-clipped coho salmon in a closed season and fined $435.

Douglas Poole, born 1944, of Anderson, Calif., was convicted on charges of fishing for coho during the closed season and fined $200.

Stephanie Barbara A. Sanborn, born 1948, of Crescent City, was arraigned on four charges of disorderly conduct.

Ronald Craig Berry, born 1963, of Brookings, had his probation extended by three months and fined $25 for violating his probation in a felony identity theft incident. A separate charge of offensive littering has been dismissed.

John Frank Harsen Jr., born 1974, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to criminal mischief charges and faces a Feb. 7 trial.

Zachary Lee Hartman, born 1990, of Salem, failed to appear for arraignment on charges of having a dog as a public nuisance.

Melissa Sue Jaramillo, born 1976, of Stockton, Calif., was arraigned on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and subsequently found to be in violation of her parole in two other cases, involving burglary and felony burglary.

Michael Lynn McCoy, born 1969, of Harbor, pleaded no contest and was convicted on felony burglary charges. He was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 30 days in jail and fined $917.

James Jay Parker, born 1957, of Klamath, Calif., was arraigned on three charges of improper use of the 911 emergency system.

Cody Lee Pettit, born 1994, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted of first-degree robbery and sentenced to 30 months in prison and 36 months’ parole. He pleaded guilty and was convicted on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and was sentenced to 18 months’ prison, 36 months of parole and ordered to pay $3,706.41 restitution. He also pleaded guilty to and was convicted on charges of attempting to elude police, for which he was sentenced to six months in prison and 12 months of parole; those sentences will run concurrent with the first two prison sentences. Four other charges were dismissed.

Ellis Mae Dickson, born 1987, of Crescent City, pleaded guilty to felony possession of a controlled substance and theft and will be sentenced Oct. 16.

Debra Ann Fieber, born 1956, of Gold Beach, was convicted of theft charges and sentenced to 24 months’ probation and 15 days in jail, fined $665 and ordered to pay $280.87 restitution.

Beatriz Avila Johnson, born 1967, of Bakersfield, pleaded not guilty to theft charges.

Larry William Kammer, born 1950, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to DUII charges and was sentenced to one year of diversion, fined $490, ordered to take alcohol treatment courses and have installed in his vehicle an ignition lock device.

William Cody Coon, born 1993, of Gold Beach, was found in violation of probation in a case involving the reckless endangerment of another.

Robert T. Fieber, born 1938, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge in a theft case.

William Andrew Moore, born 1991, of Gold Beach, has had a warrant issued for his arrest after he failed to appear in court for sentencing in a theft case.

Benjamin Kolton Remy, born 1994, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on theft charges and then for violating parole in a reckless driving case.

Dana Anthony Rose, born 1960, of Brookings, had his probation continued 60 days after he was found to be in violation of it. He was also fined $25.

Zeke Joseph Young, born 1989, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty and was convicted of felony burglary charges. He was sentenced to 18 months’ probation, 10 days in jail, fined $885 and ordered to never work in the lodging business again. A theft charge was dismissed.

Mikhala Jeanne Smith, born 1995, of Bandon, was convicted on charges of minor in possession of alcohol, fined $100 and has had her license suspended.

Sharon Jones, born 1957, of Ophir, was arraigned on charges of illegally taking game parts; she pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Mark David Flickinger, born 1958, of Grants Pass, was arraigned on charges of criminal mischief.

Timothy J. Foley, born 1959, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of possession of marijuana.

Joshua W. Harris, born 1981, of Bend, was arraigned on charges of taking coho in a closed season.

James Leroy Hood, born 1979, of Camas Valley, has a warrant out for his arrest after he failed to appear in court.

Martin Louis Howard, born 1949, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to reckless driving.

Crystal Karin Pitts, born 1992, of Brookings, was arraigned on DUII and reckless driving charges.

Kyle Sieber, born 1995, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on charges of minor in possession of alcohol.

Patrick Kelsey Sullivan, born 1995, of Brookings, was arraigned on possession of marijuana.

A jury found Matthew Ryan Wiltse, born 1979, of Brookings, guilty of trespassing.

James Preston Sweaney, born 1990, of Grants Pass, failed to appear in court and has a warrant out for his arrest.

Matthew Ryan Wiltse, born 1979, of Brookings, was found guilty of criminal trespassing.

Timothy Jay Burris, born 1987, of Brookings, was arraigned on five charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and felony identity theft.

A warrant has been issued for Jaime Francisco Becerra, born 1985, of Centralia, Wash., after he failed to appear in court on original DUII charges.

Daniel Allan Golden, born 1989, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on felony identity theft and attempted theft charges.

Stacy Maree Jones, born 1985, of Crescent City, was determined to be unable to aid and assist in her own defense and was ordered to the state hospital for treatment. She faces charges of disorderly conduct and felony unauthorized use of a vehicle.
