Janece Marie Payne-Schriver, born 1953, of Harbor, was convicted of reckless driving and two counts of recklessly endangering another.

Stephanie Barbara A. Sanborn, born 1948, of Gold Beach,was convicted of disorderly conduct charges and sentenced to 24 months’ probation, fined $800, must serve 10 days in jail and attend anger control treatment and was ordered to use all crosswalks when they’re available. Four other disorderly conduct charges were dismissed, and on two others, she was found not guilty.

Jack Anthony Althof, born 1967, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to felony theft charges.

Andy Allen Appleton, born 1988, of Brookings had a charge of marijuana possession dismissed. He was convicted of reckless driving and sentenced to 24 months’ probation and fined $1,100.

Chase Weatherby Best, born 1987, of Medford, was convicted of felony unauthorized use of a vehicle and theft. Dismissed were charges of attempt to elude a police vehicle, reckless driving, possession of methamphetamine, recklessly endangering another and felon in possession of a firearm.

Jason Edward Aydt, born 1972, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to DUII and criminal mischief; a charge of reckless driving will be dismissed at sentencing.

Levi Scott Chase, born 1993, of Gold Beach, was convicted of felony attempted assault. A charge of menacing and another of fourth-degree assault were dismissed.

Trevor William Davis, born 1995, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and offensive littering. He was sentenced to 18 months’ probation, fined $100 and ordered to pay $5,000 restitution to South Coast Lumber.

Bruce David Erickson, born 1985, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to felony possession of a controlled substance.

A warrant has been issued for Desiree Rosa Hood, born 1982, of Spokane, after she failed to appear in court.

Christopher Jesse Morden-Green, born 1978, of Vancouver, British Columbia, failed to appear in court and had his diversion sentence revoked and was ordered to pay $335.

Carolann Marie Nees, born 1961, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on two charges of criminal trespassing.

Jeromi Paul Nelson, born 1991, of Gold Beach, was convicted to one year of diversion, a year of having an ignition device placed in his vehicle and fined $490 — all of which were revoked. However, he was also ordered to 48 hours in jail, will have his license suspended for a year and he was ordered to pay $3,515 in fines.

Zachary Gisser Podesta, born 1988, of Brookings, was convicted of felony third-degree assault charges; two other assault charges were dismissed.

Joel William Prickett, born 1979, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty and was convicted of criminal trespassing. He was sentenced to 12 months’ probation, fined $350 and ordered to have no contact with McDonald’s in Brookings.

Gary Andrew Sizemore, born 1964, of Ophir, was arraigned on felony charges of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Kacey Arlene Wellenbrock, born 1981, of Harbor, was arraigned on charges of resisting arrest.

Janine Holliday Witt, born 1965, of Port Orford, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 12 months’ deferred probation and ordered to have no contact with Circle K or Pitch’s Tavern in Port Orford or Gold Beach Books; she also had her probation extended 13 months and was fined $215. She pleaded guilty to criminal mischief charges and was sentenced to 12 months’ probation, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was sentenced to 12 months’ probation and had dismissed two charges each of disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing and one each of harassment, felony criminal trespassing and mail theft. She was also ordered not to be in possession of other people’s mail.

A jury found Lisa Ione Fava, born 1972, of Gold Beach, not guilty of felony DUII.

Mark Richard Fleming, born 1971, of Brookings, was arraigned on three theft charges.

Paul Everett Martin, born 1971, of Gold Beach, pleaded no contest to charges of possession of marijuana, was convicted and ordered to pay a $650 fine.

Aaron D. Dunay, born 1991, of Brookings failed to appear in court on felony possession of a controlled substance charge. He was convicted in absentia and will be fined $1,000 on marijuana possession charges.

Dylan Joseph Elder, born 1987, of Crescent City, is wanted on a warrant after failing to appear in court on felony theft, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another.

Jimmie Rodgers Putman, born 1955, of Harbor, pleaded guilty and was convicted on theft charges; he was sentenced to 18 months’ probation, fined $495 and ordered to have no contact with Grocery Outlet in Harbor.

Joseph John Mead, born 1990, of Port Orford, is delaying his arraignment on resisting arrest and criminal trespassing charges by refusing to appear in court.

Roger A. King, born 1956, of Brookings, had charges of refusing to take an intoxicant test dismissed.

Ralph Darrell Birdsell, born 1960, of Brookings, had possession of marijuana charges dismissed.
