Brandon Mark Foley, born 1993, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of theft and criminal trespassing. A hearing on charges of minor in possession of alcohol will be heard at a later date.

Jeffrey David Knapp, born 1974, of Port Orford, pleaded not guilty to three charges of criminal mischief and two of failing to perform the duties of a driver. His trial date is set for June 7.

Timothy Lee Marsh, born 1977, of Smith River, was issued a warrant after failing to appear in court on charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and theft. His trial is set for April 2.

Paul Darren Stinson, born 1963, of Gold Beach, was found in violation of his parole and referred back to treatment.

Ronald Craig Berry, born 1963, of Brookings, had charges against him dismissed.

Joshua Wayne Haussler, born 1991, of Medford, pleaded guilty and was convicted of escape. A charge of identity theft and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed.

Andrew Tyler Strong, born 1988, of Harbor, was issued a warrant after he failed to appear in court on charges of resisting arrest and criminal mischief.

Jason Elliott Riley, born 1981, of Rogue River, was issued a warrant for a probation violation and will have his license suspended.

Dustin Evan Hernandez, born 1987, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted on charges of interfering with an officer. He was sentenced to 36 months probation, five days in jail and fined $890 and must comply with probation in a felony burglary case in which he was convicted last year.

Melissa Sue Jaramillo, born 1976, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to charges of criminal mischief and faces trial April 10. She also pleaded not guilty of supplying contraband and faces trial May 10.

Donald Eugene Phillips, born 1982, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted of felony DUII. He will have his driver license revoked for life. Other charges of driving under revocation and refusing to take an intoxicant test were dismissed.

Ray Eric Baca, Jr., born 1992, of Lakeside, Ariz., was convicted of disorderly conduct and minor in possession charges, fined $1,360 and has had his license suspended for a year.

William W. Freeman, born 1986, of Bellingham, Wash., was convicted of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, fined $1,000 and has had his license suspended for a year.

Eric Christopher Hannum, born 1994, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted on charges of theft and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Kimberly A. Honeycutt, born 1992, of Phoenix, was convicted on charges of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, fined $1,000 and has her license suspended for six months.

Randall J. Jones, born 1961, of Chiloquin, pleaded not guilty to failing to submit commercial crab logs to the department of fish and wildlife and faces trial April 23.

Lloydene Lee King, born 1954, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted of DUII charges. She was sentenced to 36 months probation, 30 days in jail, $2,590 in fines and has her license suspended for a year.

Jayme Lynn Peterson, born 1990, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to DUII and was sentenced to one year of diversion, fined $490 and must have an ignition lock installed in her car.

Phillip A. Russum, born 1985, of Port Orford, pleaded guilty to fishing without a commercial license and was fined $250.

Christopher W. Sanders, born 1991, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted of furnishing alcohol to a minor. He was fined $500. Another similar charge was dismissed.

Timothy O. Spencer, born 1968, of Grants Pass, pleaded guilty and was convicted of using an invalid driver license. He was fined $500.

Leanne Trullinger, no birthdate given, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to failing to maintain a child in school. Her trial is set for April 30.

Tyler J. Wagner, born 1984, of Oakland, Calif., was convicted of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, fined $1,000 and has his license suspended for six months.

Erica B. Williams, born 1993, of Phoenix, was convicted of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, fined $1,000 and has her license suspended for six months.
