Joseph Edwin Gish, born 1987, of Port Orford, was arraigned on charges of attempting to elude police, reckless driving and escape. He also awaits proceedings on charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, assault, felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon, unauthorized use of a vehicle and theft.

Eric Emery Glen Hollenbeck, born 1979, of Brookings, was convicted of failing to report as a sex offender. A misdemeanor charge of the same was dismissed.

Wei Hao Yuan, born 1988, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted of felony criminal mischief. Felony charges of possession of a controlled substance were dismissed.

A six-person jury found Kacey Arlene Wellenbrock, born 1981, of Brookings, guilty of resisting arrest. She was sentenced to 24 months probation and fined $735. She also pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 24 months probation, two days in jail and a $300 fine. Each sentence will run consecutive to the other, and she is to have no contact with Bi-Mart in Brookings.

Maureen Paulette Kavanagh, born 1945, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted on careless driving charges and fined $300.

Tina Louise Kirkpatrick, born 1967, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to mancing charges and faces an April 8 trial.

Blake Jonathan Peters, born 1989, of Brookings, was arraigned on DUII and criminal mischief charges and released.

Leslie May Vanvliet, born 1972, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to charges of frequenting a place where controlled substances are used and sentenced to 12 months, deferred, and fined $750. A charge of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of manufacturing marijuana were dismissed.

Christopher M. Marval, born 1976, of Brookings, had his diversion extended an extra year after violating its terms. Two charges of disorderly conduct and one of menacing were dismissed.

Ann Marie Carlsmith, born 1958, of Concord, Calif., pleaded guilty to DUII and was sentenced to one year of diversion, fined $490 and must have an ignition lock installed in her vehicle. She was also convicted on a driving while suspended charge, for which she was sentenced to 18 months probation, two days in jail, fined $1,780 and ordered to drug and alcohol treatment. A similar charge against her was dismissed. She was also arraigned on disorderly conduct charges.

Michael Khristopher Failor, born 1978, of Harbor, pleaded no contest to one charge of assault and another of menacing. He still must plead on two charges of criminal mistreatment, one of assault and a third of attempted harassment. Additionally, he faces arraignment of a probation violation stemming from a 2010 case in which he was charged with felony menacing and harassment.

Dustin Alan Gallardo-Black, born 1980, of Harbor, failed to appear in court on DUII charges and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Sean Curtis Hogan, born 1975, of Crescent City, pleaded guilty and was convicted of reckless driving.

Franklin Delano Moore, born 1934, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on felony sexual abuse charges, as well as two charges of failing to appear in court.

Tambri Lanay Smith, born 1987, of Brookings, failed to appear in court to address felony possession of a controlled substance charge.

John Glenn Wilber, born 1971, of Port Orford, was arraigned on charges of attempting to elude police.

Samantha Elizabeth Ray, born 1990, of Harbor, failed to appear in court on disorderly conduct charges and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
