Dustin Clark Huston, born 1979, of Redmond, was arraigned on felony charges of supplying contraband.
Samuel Orville Pearson, born 1979, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to DUII and resisting arrest; he faces a 12-person trial April 1.
Christopher James Phillips, born 1979, of Brookings admitted to a probation violation, thus revoking his one-year probation and a $490 fine.
John Albert Wahl, born 1968, of Juneau, Alaska, pleaded not guilty to felony criminal mistreatment and assault charges. He faces a 12-person jury April 16.
Stacy Maree Jones, born 1985, of Crescent City, changed her plea to guilty and had dismissed charges of disorderly conduct and harassment. She pleaded guilty and was convicted of unauthorized use of a vehicle to which she was sentenced to 24 months probation, 15 days in jail and a $600 fine.
Marlin Albert Leeper, born 1979, of Harbor, pleaded guilty and was convicted of felony possession of a controlled substance. A charge of criminal trespassing was dismissed.
Michelle K. Peterson, born 1977, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to felony theft and will be sentenced March 14.
Jesse Scott White, born 1982, of Bandon, pleaded guilty and was convicted of contempt of court. He was fined $500.
Bryan Lee Scott, born 1967, of Tigard, charged his not guilty plea to guilty and was convicted on one of five charges of third-degree rape. The other, to which he pleaded not guilty, were dismissed.
April Rose Brown, born 1990, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to felony assault charges. A criminal mischief charge was deferred.
Shawn Lee Gillen, born 1993, of Grants Pass, was convicted for possession of marijuana and fined $1,000.
Lloydene Lee King, born 1954, of Brookings, was arraigned on a probation violation relating to a DUII case.
Larry Jack Presley, born 1944, of Port Orford, was arraigned on charges of driving under a revoked driver’s license.
Jason Edward Totten, born 1976, of Crescent City, was convicted in absentia after he failed to appear in court to face possession of marijuana charges. He was fined $1,000.
Kacey Arlene Wellenbrock, born 1981, of Brookings, changed her plea to guilty on charges of theft and resisting arrest.
Rodney Ray Williams, born 1973, of Brookings, was arraigned and released on charges of DUII, recklessly endangering another and refusing to take an intoxicant test. He is not eligible for diversion.
Shawn Eli Campbell, born 1986, of Brookings, had his diversion requirements extended six months.
Nathan Riley Estis, birthdate unknown, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to felony charges of possession of a controlled substance. He faces trial Feb. 13.
Willy Jo Jenkins, born 1974, of Bandon, had his probation revoked in a case relate to the unauthorized use of a vehicle. Jenkins was sentenced to 45 days in jail and 12 months of post-prison supervision.
Dale Allen Kirkpatrick, born 1965, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to menacing charges; he faces trial April 8.
Jacquelyn Adele Kleid, born 1960, of Brookings, is wanted on a warrant after failing to appear in court on two felony charges of possession of a controlled substance, theft, criminal trespassing and improper use of 911.
Wesley Winslow Ulrey IV, birth date and city unknown, pleaded not guilty to minor in possession of alcohol charges and faces trial Jan. 28.
Jordan Ochoa, born 1995, Gold Beach, pleaded no contest and was found guilty to charges of minor in possession of alcohol. She was fined $200 and will have her license suspended for a year.
Jay Edward Hunnicutt, born 1964, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on charges of DUII, reckless endangerment of another and reckless driving.
James Joseph Shepherd, born 1969, of Jefferson, pleaded guilty and was convicted on theft charges. He was sentenced to five days in jail and 24 months probation, fined $600 and must pay $336.63 in restitution.
Cody J. Jones, born 1990, of Ophir, was arraigned on charges of possession of marijuana.
Johnathan Wyatt Windhurst, born 1985, of Bandon, was arraigned on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and theft by receiving.
