Phillip E. Chandler, born 1977, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and endangering the welfare of a minor. He faces trial April. 5.
Joseph Gallardo, born 1957, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and DUII; he faces trial May 9.
Eugene S. Peterson, born 1994, of Brookings, was convicted of misdemeanor harassment and fined $500. Two other charges were dismissed.
Jeffrey Adam Smith, born 1975, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct and faces trial March 6.
Marisu Terry, born 1929, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on DUII and reckless driving charges.
Vo Vue, born 1975, of Sacramento, pleaded not guilty to felony burglary and first-degree aggravated theft and faces trial May 1.
Donald Ace Watson, born 1968, of Harbor, pleaded guilty to and was convicted on charges of a felon possessing a restricted weapon. The three-time convicted felon had a knife that swings open with centrifugal force, which is illegal. He was sentenced to four years probation, and 180 days in jail, with 170 of those deferred if he doesn’t violate his probation.
Matthew Alexander Braga, born 1984, of Grants Pass, is wanted on a parole violation concerning a DUII conviction.
Linda Marie Cox, born 1959, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to and was convicted on DUII charges. Another charge against her was dismissed.
Timothy L. Marsh, born 1977, of Smith River, pleaded not guilty to possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, felony possession of methamphetamine and theft. He faces trial April 2.
Shawn Michael Palot born 1989, of Bayside, Calif., was sentenced to one year of diversion and fined $335 on a violation of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
Raymond Eugene Tuttle, born 1985, of Brookings, failed to appear in court on three charges of furnishing liquor to a minor.
A jury acquitted Richard Jaysun Keehn, born 1957, of Brookings on theft charges.
Matthew Sol Hughes, born 1971, of Brookings, was arraigned on a felony charge of a felon possessing a firearm, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, assault on a public safety officer and disorderly conduct.
Michael J. Loebs, born 1985, of Brookings, was convicted on a wildlife violation, fined $500 and cannot have an angling license.
Sunni Nicole Rencehausen, born 1985, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on two charges of endangering the welfare of a minor.
Matthew Louis Dulisse, born 1973, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Another charge was dismissed.
Devery Randall Freeman, born 1962, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty for failing to report as a felony sex offender.
James Milton Adkins, born 1962, of Brookings, was convicted of strangulation charges and sentenced to 48 months probation, 30 days in jail, fined $1,100 and must take alcohol and drug treatment courses. Another charge against him was dismissed.
Christian Michael Caples-Kretz, born 1994, of Crescent City, was convicted on a failure to appear on a citation and a for carrying a concealed weapon.
