Bruce M. Beckman, born 1955, of Brookings, was convicted and fined $650 on charges of possession of marijuana.

Timothy P. Brennan, born 1949, of Crescent City, was convicted and fined $650 on charges of possession of marijuana.

Amber Dawn Carey, born 1980, of Cave Junction, pleaded guilty and was convicted of theft and felony possession of a controlled substance. She was sentenced to 18 months’ probation, five days in jail and fined $600. Another charge was dismissed. Additionally, she is to have no contact with Bi-Mart, Escape Hatch or Grocery Outlet stores.

Dustin Clark Huston, born 1979, of Post, Ore., had felony charges of supplying contraband dismissed.

Clarence Hample, Jackson, born 1967, of Brookings, was convicted of DUII and sentenced to 36 months’ probation, eight days in jail, ordered to undergo alcohol treatment, suspended his driver’s license for a year and fined $2,645.

Lloydene Lee King, born 1954, of Brookings, had her probation continued and referred back to treatment after she violated the terms of her probation in a DUII case.

Daryan Nathaniel Anderson, born 1993, of Brookings, was convicted of two possession of marijuana charges and fined a total of $2,000. He also pleaded guilty to criminal mischief charges and was fined $500 and ordered to pay $733.35 in restitution.

William Scott Cravens, born 1960, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to harassment charges and faces a March 14 trial.

Cody J. Jones, born 1990, of Ophir, was arraigned and released on charges of possession of marijuana, interfering with a police officer and theft.

Killian Curtis Kemp, born 1984, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted on criminal trespassing charges; he was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, fined $1,000 and ordered not to hunt on private land without permission.

Linda Joy Miller, born 1952, of Rio Dell, Calif., pleaded guilty and was convicted of felony use of a vehicle and DUII; she was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, five days jail, ordered to attend alcohol treatment, had her license revoked for a year and fined $1,900.

Julie Ann Osborne, born 1983, of Eureka has had a warrant issued for her arrest after she failed to appear in court Jan. 30 on numerous charges of burglary, identity theft, theft, felon in possession of a firearm and unlawful entry of motor vehicle charges.

Jared Allen Strader, born 1981, of Gold Beach, was found in violation of his probation and had his deferred sentence revoked and was placed on 18 months’ probation, ordered to 48 hours in jail and fined $450.

Rodney Ray Williams, born 1973, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of DUII, recklessly endangering of another and refusing to take an intoxicant test.

Joshua James Wilson, born 1980, of Crescent City, had his conditional release revoked after he failed to appear in court on felony and misdemeanor possession of controlled substance charges.

Daniel Archer Dreiszus, born 1985, of Monmouth, was found guilty on two of seven theft charges. He was sentenced to 18 months’ probation, 10 days in jail, ordered to drug and alcohol treatment, fined $1,000 in restitution on each charge. The two sentences will run concurrent to one another.

Joseph Edwin Gish, born 1987, of Port Orford, was convicted on felony possession of methamphetamine charges and will have his license suspended for six months’. Assault, felon in possession of a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon charges were all dismissed. In two other cases, he was arraigned on new charges of felony attempting to elude police, reckless driving, escape and felony unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Daniel Allan Golden, born 1989, of Gold Beach, was convicted of felony identity theft. He was also convicted on theft charges and sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 10 days of jail with 50 days of jail suspended and fined $600. An attempted theft charge was dismissed.

Robert A. Kilmer, born 1964, of Coos Bay, pleaded guilty and fined $375.

Jamie Lynn Mathiesen-Shive, born 1963, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted of charges of DUII and recklessly endangering another. Three criminal mischief charges were dismissed. She was sentenced to 48 months’ probation, 30 days in jail, ordered to alcohol treatment, had her license suspended for a year and fined $2,100.

James Franklin Mickelson, born 1988, of Ophir, pleaded no contest to felony first-degree aggravated theft.

Pinkey Lain Preston, born 1957, of Gilbert, S.C., pleaded guilty and was convicted on charges of failing to register as a felony sex offender. He was sentenced to 18 months’ probation, 90 days in jail, fined $850 and ordered to register as an offender.

Cayd Bj Allison, born 1986, of Brookings, was convicted of possession of marijuana and fined $1,000.

Joshua John Bartley, born 1992, of Grants Pass, pleaded guilty and was convicted of possession of marijuana and fined $650.

Sean Michael Clifford, born 1971, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to strangulation and harassment charges.

Bradley Dean Collier, born 1986, of Fort Dick, was arraigned on charges of assault, strangulation, harassment and interfering with making a report.

Laura R. Fox, born 1984, of Harbor, pleaded guilty and was convicted to possession of marijuana charges and fined $650.

Nancy Osborn, born 1966, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted of felony assault charges. She was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, ordered to take anger management classes, fined $535 and ordered to pay $558.40 in restitution.

Jody Louise Rounsaville, born 1971, of Brookings, was arraigned on theft charges.

Tambri Lanay Smith, born 1987, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to felony charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Amber Lureigne Whitewing, born 1961, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass charges.

Glenn Allen Brukhow Jr., born 1980, of Port Orford and who goes to trial Feb. 18 to face attempted murder charges, had a motion asking to be released denied.

Ryan Wayne Beech, born 1987, of Port Orford, was arraigned on charges of criminal trespassing and theft.

Sheena Marie Dishner, born 1991, of Sixes, pleaded guilty on contempt of court charges and was sentenced to 12 months’ probation and fined $665.

Dustin Alan Gallard-Black, born 1980, of Harbor, had his diversion revoked and was sentenced to 36 months’ probation, fined $440 and must have an ignition lock placed in his vehicle in a case related to DUII charges.

Deborah Ann Farrell Newman, Born 1959, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to felony charges of possession of a controlled substance.

James Joseph Palmer, born 1976, of Gold Beach, was arraigned, pleaded guilty and was convicted on theft charges. He was sentenced to 18 months’ probation, three days in jail, fined $495 and was ordered not to have any contact with the Fred Meyer store in Brookings.

Johnnie Lee Roberson Jr., born 1984, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted of a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. Part of his sentencing includes the suspension of his license for six months.

Jeremy Brian Davis Scott, born 1982, of Medford, pleaded guilty and was convicted on felony charges of driving while revoked.

Jeromi Paul Nelson, born 1991, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to DUII and was sentenced to a year of diversion, alcohol classes, fined $490 and must have an ignition lock installed in his vehicle.

Janine Holliday Witt, born 1965, of Port Orford, was arraigned on disorderly conduct charges.

Ryan Wayne Beech, born 1987, of Port Orford, was arraigned on felony charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, theft and criminal trespassing.

Kimberly Joy Coy, born 1977, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted on charges of purchasing/selling wildlife. She was fined $750 and has had her hunting and fishing license suspended for three years.

A warrant has been issued for Joshua James Wilson, born 1980, of Crescent City, after he failed to appear in court on felony possession of a controlled substance charges.
