Peggy Lynn Anderson, born 1963, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to three of 11 theft charges; the other eight will be dismissed at sentencing.

Heraclio Baltazar-Salpa, born 1981, of Shelton, Wash., pleaded guilty to and was convicted on driving while suspended charges.

Ted Allen Johnson, born 1955, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. Charges of DUII and assault will be dismissed at sentencing in March.

Rustie Lynn Mansur, born 1976, of Brookings, was arraigned on three charges of identity theft and a charge of theft and released.

Shawn M. Murphy, born 1973, of Gold Beach, violated his probation and had it extended by 26 months.

Melisa Ann Newsome, born 1968, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to felony aggravated first-degree theft. A second theft charge will be dismissed at sentencing.

Chelsea Ann Wisotzkey, born 1985, of Coos Bay, pleaded guilty and was convicted of theft. She was sentenced to 12 months probation, fined $600 and can have no contact with Fred Meyer in Brookings.

Paul Darren Stinson, born 1963, of Gold Beach, violated his probation related to initial assault and harassment charges and had it extended 18 months.

Kyle James Hellrig, born 1989, of Harbor, pleaded not guilty to felony possession of a controlled substance and faces a 12-person jury in April.

Julie Ann Osborne, born 1983, of Eureka, was arraigned on two charges each of burglary and identity theft, three of theft, and one each of unlawful entry of a motor vehicle and felon in possession of a firearm. She was subsequently released.

Brandon Mark Foley, born 1993, of Brookings, was found not guilty of minor in possession of alcohol.

Zachery Robert Clough, born 1985, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to felony manufacture of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance; he faces a 12-person jury in March.

Lisa Ione Fava, born 1972, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to felony DUII.

Jacquelyn Adele Kleid failed to appear for pre-trial conferences regarding two felony possession of a controlled substance charges she faces. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.

A jury of 12 found Thomas Aaron Remy, born 1969, of Gold Beach, guilty of felony hindering the prosecution and will be sentenced next month.

Benny Joe Sexton, born 1940, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted of theft charges; he was ordered to pay a $500 fine.

Elias Alexander Adamson, born 1985, of Springfield, pleaded not guilty to felony possession of a controlled substance; he faces a 12-person jury in February.

Edward Wayne Beeson, born 1980, of Harbor, had two charges of sexual assault dismissed, but pleaded guilty and was convicted of possession of marijuana. He was fined $650.

Gregory R. Kohl, born 1967, of Coos Bay, pleaded guilty and was convicted of criminal trespassing charges. He was fined $435.

Romm Anthony Mills, born 1970, of Brookings, has withdrawn his plea of no contest in an assault case.

Joy Louise Rounsaville, born 1971, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted of DUII. She was sentenced to one yaer of diversion, fined $490, must have an ignition lock device installed in her car and must attend alcohol treatment. She also pleaded guilty to recklessly endangering another. A third charge, of reckless driving, remains outstanding.

Daniel Allan Golden, born 1989, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to felony identity theft; another charge of attempted theft is pending.

Daniel Joseph Grubb, born 1992, of Brookings, was sentenced to 60 days in jail on contempt charges; the time must be served consecutive with other cases for which he is in jail.

Ted Allen Johnson, born 1955, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to reckless driving; an assault charge will be dismissed at sentencing.

Leroy Fredrick King Jr., born 1985, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to felony burglary.

Benjamin Elliot Monazi, born 1984, of Brookings, was convicted of felony driving while revoked charges. Another of the same charge was dismissed.

Jorge L. Leon, born 1994, of Smith River, was arraigned on DUII charges.

Erik Christian Harris, born 1995, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on three charges of unlawful possession of destructive devices. He waived his preliminary hearing and awaits a Dec. 27 pre-trial conference.

A mistrial was declared in the opening minutes of the aggravated felony theft case of James Franklin Mickelson, born 1988, of Ophir. Mickelson has entered a guilty plea in the incident.  He was also found in contempt of court and sentenced to 12 months probation, one day in jail and fined $345.
