David M. Hail, born 1944, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty and was convicted of theft; he was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, fined $450 and told to have no contact with McKay’s Market.

Daniel Orrin Valdrow, birthdate unknown, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty and was convicted of failing to report as a felony sex offender. He was sentenced to 36 months’ probation, fined $600 and ordered to file the proper reporting paperwork.

Marlin Albert Leeper, born 1979 of Harbor, pleaded guilty and was convicted of unlawful entry of a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 20 days in jail and fined $968. A felony charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed.

Jessie Gerben Stonebrink, born 1984, of Eagle Point, had felony theft and burglary charges dismissed.

Alexander Corey Storm, born 1993, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty and was convicted of two charges of assault of a public safety officer. Charges of escape, DUII, disorderly conduct and two of resisting arrest were dismissed.

Daniel Nathan Matlock, was arraigned on charges of felony aggravated theft, unauthorized use of a vehicle, conspiring to commit a felony and two burglary charges.

Emily Ann Arlint, born 1994, of Ophir, was found to be in violation of her probation and had it extended a year.

Jennifer Malinda Donnelly, born 1969, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted to 24 months’ probation, 48 hours in jail, fined $2,600, ordered to attend alcohol treatment and will have her driver license suspended for a year.

Joy Luanne Eckenrod, born 1956, of Brookings, was convicted on DUII charges and sentenced to 24 months’ probation, fined $2,600, ordered to attend alcohol treatment and will have her driver license suspended for a year.

Daniel Joseph Grubb, born 1992, of Brookings, was arraigned on theft of services charges.

Cooper Makenzie Hale, born 1994, of Crescent City, had charges of felony possession of about 4 ounces of marijuana dismissed.

Karen Sue Jungkunz, born 1958, of Port Orford, pleaded guilty and was convicted of felony burglary and two theft charges were dismissed.

The court granted Andrew James Stone, born 1992, of Hayden, Idaho, a request to have his arrest record set aside. The charge was possession of marijuana.

Ky Harrison Crowe, born 1986, of Brookings, was convicted of driving while suspended and sentenced to 12 months’ probation, four days in jail and fined $1,100.

Danny Lee Eiker, born 1971, of Harbor, was arraigned on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance.

Jessica Ashley, Engebretson, born 1987, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on charges of initiative a false report.

Tamara Rachelle Gastonguay, born 1975, of Brookings, had a charge of DUII dismissed.

Charles Fredrick Behnert, born 1958, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted of reckless driving. He was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, fined $1,100, ordered to pay $100 restitution to the Brookings Police Department and another $1,855.33 to a victim. His driver license was suspended for 90 days and he was ordered to have no contact with Figaro’s Pizza in Harbor. A theft charge was dismissed.

Dale Allen Kirkpatrick, born 1965, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to two charges of menacing.

Ryan Dennis Martin, born 1974, of Harbor, pleaded guilty and was convicted of criminal trespassing charges and fined $100.

Jerry Allen Miller, born 1955, of Harbor, was convicted of charges of unlawfully being where children congregate. He was sentenced to 36 months’ probation, 10 days in jail, fined $600 and ordered not to drive his school bus on school grounds or along routes children ride unless he repainted the bus.

A jury found Samuel Orville Pearson, born 1979, of Gold Beach guilty of resisting arrest and not guilty of DUII.

Angelique Marie Perez, born 1985, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to charges of harassment and will face trial June 6.

Ronald Alan Pugh, born 1939, of Harbor, pleaded guilty and was convicted of possession of more than 4 ounces of marijuana and fined $1,000.

Rochelle Marie Simmons, born 1980, of Crescent City, had charges of theft and conspiracy dismissed.

Jayme Lynn Peterson, born 1990, of Brookings, was convicted of DUII charges, and was sentenced to one year of diversion, fined $490 and ordered to attend alcohol treatment.
