Mitchell Seiver Menard, 26, of Port Orford, for second-degree criminal trespassing; bail set at $2,500.

Christopher James Phillips, 32, of Brookings, for driving under the influence of intoxicants, misdemeanor driving while suspended and probation violation; bail set at $50,000.

Sunday, Oct. 16

Christopher Aaron Ryan Kerby, 23, of Brookings, for a Multnomah County warrant charging criminal mischief and indecent exposure; bail set at $12,500.

Timothy Jon Kane, 48, of Vallejo, Calif., for a warrant charging first-degree theft; bail set at $25,000.
