The following information is taken from the daily logs of local law enforcement agencies. Charges listed are preliminary and are made at the discretion of the arresting officer or agency. Charges may be amended or dropped at the discretion of the district attorney or courts.

 

Friday, Oct. 8

Madeline Maldonado, 28, of Hillsboro, for an outside agency hold from Washington County; bail set at $55,555.

 

Sunday, Oct. 10

Jesse Vance Moss, 27, of Port Orford, for second-degree criminal mischief; bail set at $10,000.

Eric James Blanchard, 24, of Eagle Point, for an outside agency hold from Jackson County; no bail.

Joseph Lanny Davis, 32, of Port Orford, for contempt of court and a warrant for initiating a false report; bail set at $10,000.

 

Monday, Oct. 11

Samantha Elizabeth Ray, 20, of Brookings, for probation violation; no bail.

Anthony James Cervantes, 25, of Brookings, was relodged for a driving under the influence of intoxicants conviction; no bail.

Jason Dale Calhoun, 29, of Brookings, for probation violation; no bail.

Clinton Enos, 32, of Brookings, for probation violation; no bail.

Walter Reed Craft, 34, of Gold Beach, for disorderly conduct and two counts of menacing; booked and released.

Cherwana Newell, 20, of Brookings, for recklessly endangering a highway worker; booked and released.

Miles Robert Vaughan, 30, of Crescent City, for driving under the influence of intoxicants; booked and released.

 

Tuesday, Oct. 12

Hans Jacob Foster, 50, of Seattle, for driving under the influence of intoxicants; bail set at $10,000.
