The following information is taken from the daily logs of local law enforcement agencies. Charges listed are preliminary and are made at the discretion of the arresting officer or agency. Charges may be amended or dropped at the discretion of the district attorney or courts. Friday, Jan. 13 Justin Martino, 31, of Port Orford, for probation violation; no bail. Shaun Iverson, 20, of Gold Beach, for probation violation; no bail. Micah Haymes, 37, of Port Orford, for second-degree burglary; bail set at $25,000. Moonchay Dowd, 29, of Crescent City, for identity theft; booked and released. Monday, Jan. 16 Charles Thomas, 22, of Gold Beach, for second-degree burglary, reckless endangering, interfering with making a report, unlawful use of a weapon and two counts of second-degree menancing; bail set at $350,000.
