The following information is taken from the daily logs of local law enforcement agencies. Charges listed are preliminary and are made at the discretion of the ar- resting officer or agency. Charges may be amended or dropped at the discretion of the district attorney or courts.

Friday, Jan. 11

Justin Roy Grimsley, 34, of Brookings, for two counts of unlawful use of a credit card, possession of methamphetamine and second-degree theft; bail set at $50,000.

Kayla Rochelle Davis, 27, of Ogden, Utah, for driv- ing under the influence of intoxicants; booked and released.

Saturday, Jan. 12

Matthew Blake Storm, 19, of Port Orford, for fourth-de- gree felony domestic assault and probation violation; no bail.

Traci Ann Suiter, 45, of Brookings, for probation violation; no bail.

Sunday, Jan. 13

Michael Lloyd Herzog, 23, of Brookings, for first-degree criminal trespassing; bail set at $10,000. Ryan Allen Vanbuskirk, 32,

of Hillsboro, for probation violation; bail set at $25,000.

Monday, Jan. 14

Duane Eugene Bond, 50, of Harbor, was relodged for a driving under the influ- ence of intoxicants convic- tion; no bail.

Wendy Anne Priest, 40, of Brookings, for driving under the influence of intoxicants; booked and released.

Thomas John Seidel, 50, of Brookings, for second- degree criminal trespassing; booked and released.

Leeann S. Sheffel, 30, of Harbor, for driving under the influence of intoxicants; booked and released.

Tuesday, Jan. 15

Joseph Patrick Wescott, 56, of Bakersfield, Calif., for driving under the influence of intoxicants and contempt of court; bail set at $10,000.

Gina Faye Early, 26, of Smith River, for driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, second-degree disorderly conduct, two counts of men- acing, second-degree crimi- nal mischief and second- degree criminal trespassing; bailsetat$77,500.
