The following information is taken from the daily logs of local law enforcement agencies. Charges listed are preliminary and are made at the discretion of the arresting officer or agency. Charges may be amended or dropped at the discretion of the district attorney or courts. Friday, Feb. 3 Gary Asbury, 42, of Port Orford, for disorderly conduct; bail set at $5,000. Sunday, Feb. 5 Ira Lisenbery, 32, for an outside agency hold from Douglas County; bail set at $450. Monday, Feb. 6 Hal Edward Gausepohl, 64, of Port Orford, for disorderly conduct; bail set at $25,000.
