The following information is taken from the daily logs of local law enforcement agencies. Charges listed are preliminary and are made at the discretion of the arresting officer or agency. Charges may be amended or dropped at the discretion of the district attorney or courts. Monday, Dec. 19 Justin Ray Hoefle, 25, of Brookings, was relodged for a second-degree theft conviction; no bail. Mai Sheng Lor, 22, of Crescent City, for secondd-degree theft; booked and released. Neal Frances Lawson, 61, of Coos Bay, for two counts of second-degree felony assault, two counts of third-degree felony assault and reckless driving; booked and released.
