The following information is taken from the daily logs of local law enforcement agencies. Charges listed are preliminary and are made at the discretion of the arresting officer or agency. Charges may be amended or dropped at the discretion of the district attorney or courts. Wednesday, Sept. 21 Roger Alan Bell, 62, of Gold Beach for possession of marijuana and manufacture of marijuana; bail set at $150,000. Thursday, Sept.22 Amanda Leigh Atkinson, 31, of Brookings, for second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment; bail set at $5,000.
