The following information is taken from the daily logs of local law enforcement agencies. Charges listed are preliminary and are made at the discretion of the arresting officer or agency. Charges may be amended or dropped at the discretion of the district attorney or courts. Tuesday, Oct. 4 Paul Darren Stinson, 47, of Gold Beach, for fourth-degree assault; bail set at $10,000. Wednesday, Oct. 5 Dylan Ray Work, 19, of Brookings, for possession of marijuana; bail set at $50,000. Kelly Jo Lovejoy, 38, of Brookings, for probation violation; no bail. John Glenn Wilber, 40, of Brookings, for attempting to elude an officer and littering near a waterway; bail set at $30,000. Thursday, Oct. 6 Tyler James Robidoux, 22, of Brookings, was relodged for a driving while suspended conviction; no bail.
