The following information is taken from the daily logs of local law enforcement agencies. Charges listed are preliminary and are made at the discretion of the arresting officer or agency. Charges may be amended or dropped at the discretion of the district attorney or courts. Tuesday, Oct. 25 Kyle Richard McCoy, 23, of Brookings, for a bench warrant; bail set at $10,000. Kami Rene Goeckner, 29, of Gold Beach, for probation violation and revocation of a conditional discharge; no bail. Daniel Joseph Culley, 28, of Port Orford, for probation violation; no bail. Scott Anderson, 37, of Agness, for two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm and two counts of first-degree theft; bail set at $100,000. Jason Dale Fonner, 27, of Brookings, for parole violation; no bail. Thursday, Oct. 27 Jean Paul Colyar, 45, of Brookings, for probation violation; no bail.
