Jesse Vance Moss, 23, of Sutherlin, was relodged for five days for probation violation; no bail.

Wednesday, March 25

Glen Alan Givler, 49, of Brookings, for driving under the influence of intoxicants, contempt of court and violation of a release agreement; bail set at $5,000.

Katie Wall, 31, of Gold Beach, for two counts of menacing and fourth-degree assault; security of $2,250 was paid and she was released.

Thursday, March 26

Michael Ray Plew, 20, of Harbor, for second-degree criminal mischief, first-degree burglary and first-degree theft; bail set at $132,500.

Lisa Diane Montel, 44, of Eureka, Calif., for second-degree theft, criminal mischief, first-degree aggravated theft and second-degree burglary; bail set at $75,000.

Robert Thomas Hider, 43, of Eureka, Calif., for first-degree aggravated theft and second-degree burglary; bail set at $125,000.
