The following information is taken from the daily logs of local law enforcement agencies. Charges listed are preliminary and are made at the discretion of the arresting officer or agency. Charges may be amended or dropped at the discretion of the district attorney or courts.

Tuesday, July 10

Patrick Stout, 45, of Brandon, for an outside agency hold from Klamath County; bail set at $5,000.

Matthew Wiltse, 32, of Brookings, for first-degree disorderly conduct and probation violation; bail set at $5,000.

Wednesday, July 11

Joanna Nicholson, 43, of Brookings, was relodged for a possession of methamphetamine conviction; no bail.

Samuel Gates, 37, of Brookings, for probation violation; no bail.

Gerald Althof, 52, of Brookings, for violation of a restraining order; bail set at $10,000.

Cody Grable, 21, of Port Orford, for criminal mischief  and failure to appear; bail set at $20,000.

Amy Olsen, 52, of Brookings, for second-degree disorderly conduct; bail set at $5,000.

Tevis Scheuchzer, 34, of Brookings, for probation violation; booked and released.

Thursday, July 12

Kelly Jo Lovejoy, 39, of Gold Beach, for probation violation; bail set at $40,000.

Jesse Van Horne, 30, of Brookings, for violation of a restraining order; bail set at $10,000.

Gary Gean Cook, 52, transient, for first-degree burglary and first-degree theft; bail set at $125,000.

Lawrance Mark Stroud, 30, of Prineville, for failure to carry and present a valid driver license; bail set at $2,500.

Andrew Benson Frost, 21, of Brookings, for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving; booked and released.
