The following information is taken from the daily logs of local law enforcement agencies. Charges listed are preliminary and are made at the discretion of the arresting officer or agency. Charges may be amended or dropped at the discretion of the district attorney or courts. Wednesday, Jan. 25 Mathew Sokol, 23, of Port Orford, for a bench warrant; bail paid and released. Thursday, Jan. 26 David Glenn Garvin, 57, no residence listed, for harassment and interfering with making a report; bail set at $15,000.
