The following information is taken from the daily logs of local law enforcement agencies. Charges listed are preliminary and are made at the discretion of the arresting officer or agency. Charges may be amended or dropped at the discretion of the district attorney or courts. Wednesday, Feb. 22 Shane Ortiz, 40, of Brookings, for probation violation; no bail. Thursday, Feb. 23 Greg Costa, 38, of Brookings, for probation violation and possession of methamphetamine; no bail. Glen Givler, 52, of Brookings, for possession of methamphetamine; bail set at $25,000. Jeremy Lee Rundle, 32, of Pendleton, for failure to register as a sex offender; bail set at $10,000. Debani Davidson, 40, of Gold Beach, for driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and reckless endangering; booked and released.
