The following information is taken from the daily logs of local law enforcement agencies. Charges listed are preliminary and are made at the discretion of the arresting officer or agency. Charges may be amended or dropped at the discretion of the district attorney or courts.

Tuesday, Feb. 9

Justin Rae Hoefle, 23, of Des Moines, Wash., for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and attempting to elude on foot; bail set at $32,500.

Bruce David Erickson, 24, of Oakland, Calif., for parole violation; no bail.

Wednesday, Feb. 10

Patricia Ann Foley, 43, of Happy Camp, Calif., for driving under the influence of intoxicants; no bail.

Deborah Kay Blair, 57, of Brookings, for parole violation; no bail.

James Norman Brower, 52, of Brookings, for first-degree theft; bail set at $25,000.

Larry Daniel Klamroth, 20, of Gold Beach, for probation violation; no bail.

Mitchell Douglas Daugherty, 23, of Gold Beach, for contempt of court and first-degree theft; bail set at $7,500.

Thursday, Feb. 11

Danelle Norae Zosel, 36, of Smith River, Calif., driving under the influence of intoxicants, second-degree theft and two counts of contempt of court; bail set at $30,000.

Patricia Anthony Holmes, 51, of Harbor, was relodged; no bail.

Michael Wayne Bate, 42, of Harbor, for a driving under the influence of intoxicants warrant; no bail.

Brett Scott Maynard, 18, of Port Orford, for first-degree burglary, third-degree theft and possession of a controlled substance; bail set at $132,500.

Ronald Titus Bollinger, 46, of Brookings, for contempt of court; no bail.
