The following information is taken from the daily logs of local law enforcement agencies. Charges listed are preliminary and are made at the discretion of the arresting officer or agency. Charges may be amended or dropped at the discretion of the district attorney or courts. Thursday, Dec. 15 Julian C. Gutierrez, 45, of Brookings, was relodged for a driving under the influence of intoxicants conviction; no bail. Michelle Lee Bucknell, 29, of Crescent City, for probation violation; no bail. John Patrick Olsen, 42, of Gold Beach, for fourth-degree assault and harassment; bail set at $15,000. Larry Dooley, 55, of Brookings, for recklessly endangering; booked and released.
