Loren Max Leach, 57, of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, for second-degree manslaughter; bail set at $250,000.

William Matthew Drews, 40, of Bandon, for contempt of court; bail set at $10,000.

Glenn Allen Burkhow Jr., 30, of Brookings for two counts of contempt of court and being a fugitive from Montana; bail set at $75,000.

Justin Ray Hoefle, 25, of Brookings, for second-degree theft, first-degree theft and probation violation; no bail.
