Charges may be amended or dropped at the discretion of the district attorney or courts. Thursday, April 5 Lorinda Marie Bowen, 27, of Harbor, for fourth-degree assault; bail set at $10,000. Angela Marie Wartenberg, 33, of Gold Beach, for fourth-degree domestic assault and domestic harassment; bail set at $15,000.
