Thomas C. ‘Tom’ Seither
Thomas C. ‘Tom’ Seither
A man who championed the causes of the disenfranchised and the vulnerable, Tom was an activist in the true sense of the word.

A longtime member of the Democratic Party and a proud member of SEIU Local 503, Tom worked to ensure justice and fairness for working people. He enjoyed family events including rafting, camping, backpacking, fishing and working on projects at his home. One of his proudest moments was doing a perfect 10 on his first solo down Blossom Bar on the Rogue!

He was greatly loved and will be missed by his wife Barbara Eells; brother Michael Seither; stepchildren Daniel Eells (Pam), Randall Eells, Victoria Eells; grandchildren Jesse Eells-Adams, Aaron Eells, Ryan Eells; special grandchildren Desi Peterson (Greyson and Duncan) and Amanda Peterson (Max Baines); and his beloved rescue pups Rosie and Lucy.

At his request there will be no service and his ashes will be scattered on a high mountain meadow.

Donations in Tom’s name may be made to Pennies for Pooches, P.O. Box 1883, Gold Beach, OR 97444, to help end animal abuse and neglect.

We love you, Tompa.
