Theodor C. Albert, 71, Harbor, died March 19, 2002, of natural causes in Harbor.
He was born Aug. 18, 1930, in Long Beach, Calif., to Jo Bernice Allison and Phillip Albert. He moved to Harbor from Camarillo, Calif., in 1985.
Mr. Albert grew up in Long Beach and graduated from Harvard University in 1951.
He married Mary Murphy in Boston June 16, 1950.
Mr. Albert served in the U.S. Army in the Korean war and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal.
He was owner of the Breeze Book Store. He was one of the founding fathers and former president of the Friends of Music society.
He is survived by his sons, Theodor C. Albert Jr., Orange, Calif; Craig Albert, Oxnard, Calif.; daughters, Maura Kelley, Camarillo; and Briana Hill, Chesapeake, Va.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jo Bernice Albert.
