Sherry E. Halvorson, 61, Brookings, died Feb. 4, 2002, in Crescent City.

She was born May 11, 1940, in Oregon.

She worked at Silver Crest Mobile Homes in Woodburn for 25 years then at Redmond Manufactured Homes in Silverton for 10 years. She most recently worked as a cashier at Lucky Seven Casino in Smith River.

She was a member of Eagles Aire, enjoyed crocheting and making dolls.

Survivors are her mother, Edythe Wellenbrock of Brookings; sons, Randolph Badger and Jerome Badger, both of Eugene; sisters, Sharon Carey and Wanda Davis, both of Brookings; Phyllis Morris of Berkeley, Calif.; Margie Sharp of Blaine, Wash.; brothers, Arnold and Eugene Wellenbrock, both of Brookings; and Richard Wellenbrock of Medford.

Also surviving are five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be Saturday, Feb. 9, at 10 a.m. at Redwood Memorial Chapel, 1020 Fifield St., Brookings.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Redwood Memorial Chapel.
