Rosemary Fitzgerald

Rosemary Fitzgerald, 87, Brookings, died Sunday, March 10, 2002, in Brookings.

She was born March 22, 1914, in Utah.

She lived in Crescent City since the 1960s and was a French and English teacher at Del Norte High School. She also wrote the Shakespearean play reviews for The Triplicate during that time.

Miss Fitzgerald was well traveled, studying French cuisine in France and was active in a French study group. She loved to attend the opera in San Francisco, and was a supporter of KEET public television. She enjoyed her rose garden, was an avid reader and was a member of the Catholic church.

A private interment will be at Altarest Memorial Park in Ogden, Utah.

Arrangements under the direction of Redwood Memorial Chapel, Brookings.
