Robert C. Kroeger, 71, Brookings, died Friday, Jan. 18, in Brookings. He was born Aug. 25, 1930, in Aberdeen,Wash., to Carl and Madge (Peterson) Kroeger. He lived most of his life in Tacoma, Wash., where he was a longshoreman for 45 years and was a member of International Longshoremen and Warehousemen Union. He lived in Brookings for the past five years and was an avid photographer. He is survived by sons, Marty Kroeger, Richland, Wash.; Marlin Kroeger of Monroe, Wash.; granddaughter, Michelle Kroeger of Tacoma, Wash. A private family memorial service was held. Arrangements under the direction of Redwood Memorial Chapel. |
