Lloyd Oscar Billehus

Lloyd Oscar Billehus, 73, Brookings, died July 30, 2000, in Crescent City.

He was born in San Francisco Jan. 10, 1927.

He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He worked for 44 years for the Internal Brotherhood of Electrical Workers as a high voltage lineman. He was a member of Ducks Unlimited.

Mr. Billehus was a Brookings resident for the past 11 years.

Survivors are wife Judy Billehus, Brookings; sister Dorothy Brown, Redwood Valley, Calif.

Also surviving are three step-daughters and numerous grandchildren.

The family requests that contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 698, Medford, OR 97501.

Cremation services were conducted under the direction of Wiers Mortuary Chapel in Crescent City.
