Jillian Claire White

Music will be provided by the family. Jill passed away  Sunday,  Aug. 7, 2011, at her residence.

Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in Watertown. Honorary pallbearers will be  Nathan Buchmann, Chris Harley, Josh Isler, Jake Talsma, Mike Redwing, Steve Redwing, Tracy Schaefer, Jamie Lauseng, Robert Poelstra, and Dony Castillo. Active pallbearers will be Ian White, Colin White, Dallas Price, Michael Price, Shane Miller, and Mike Heim.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 10, and Thursday, Aug. 11, at the Crawford Funeral Chapel  prior to the service at the chapel. The family is requested to meet at the chapel on Thursday by 12:30 p.m. to attend the service.

Jill was born  Aug. 4, 1984, in Watertown, to Barry E. and Valinda J. (Redwing) White. She attended school in Watertown and graduated from Watertown High School in 2002. Jill worked at Papa Murphy’s Pizza from 2000 to 2005. She married Nathan Buchmann. They later divorced. Jill was employed at Dakota Sioux Casino from 2005 until the present time.

Jill was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. She loved spending time with her family. She also loved cats and enjoyed playing “Eve Online,” camping, fishing and shopping.

Jill is survived by her son  Evan Michael Buchmann;  mother Valinda, both of Watertown; father Barry White of Brookings; brothers Ian R. and his wife Nicole White of Fargo, N.D., Colin T. and his wife Chantal White of Watertown; paternal grandmother Juliet Hansen of Brookings; maternal grandfather Virgil Redwing of Mound, Minn.; fiance Dean Price of Watertown; Dean’s children Danielle “Dani” Price of Watertown, Brandon Price of Powell, Tenn., and Michael Price, D. J. Price, and Dallas Price all of Watertown; nephews Silas White, Dante White, and Justin Viestenz; nieces Starla Hedman and Clara Engle.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather; maternal grandmother; and cousins Michelle Poirier and Angel Castillo.
