Jason (known as “Navajo” to friends and “Circuit City” to his Army buddies) served in the U.S. Army and had been on a tour in Afghanistan, after which he worked for the Department of Corrections for six years. He was a proud member of the department’s Honor Guard.
Jason was the go-to computer guy. He was very knowledgeable and could fix any problem that anyone had. He will be deeply missed by family and many friends.
Jason is survived by his wife Christina; two sons Jayden (age 4) and Logan (age 3); parents Jeff and Christina; sister Dejah; and grandmother Charlotte.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 8, at Church of the Nazarene, 1600 Chetco Avenue, Brookings.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Jason Roberts Donation, Account No. 324038 c/o Rogue Federal Credit Union, 729 Chetco Ave., Brookings, OR 97415. The funds will help aid the family in raising Jason’s two boys.
