Glenn Allen Moehnke, 54, Molalla, died Feb. 5, 2002 in Colton in an automobile accident.

Mr. Moehnke was born April 15, 1947 in Oregon City to Gay (Gerhart) and Agnes Moehnke. He grew up in the Highlands area, and attended Colton schools all 12 years, graduating in 1965 from the Colton High School.

In 1974 Glenn married Icel Rogers. He worked at the Opera House in San Francisco. He was the mill carpenter for Avison Lumber Co. and built houses with his father. In 1975 he started his own business; Moehnke Construction Co.

Glenn was a member of the Highland Grange for more than 30 years. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Oregon City for 42 years.

He enjoyed hunting fishing and camping with his family. He was a devoted husband and father.

Survivors include his wife, Icel; son, Noel, daughter Kerina, of Molalla; sister Sharon E. Coy of Vancouver, Wash.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 9, 2 p.m. at the Molalla Funeral Chapel. Interment will be at the Moehnke Cemetery.
