Florence Lucille Smith, 96, Brookings, died May 19, 2002, of natural causes at Curry General Hospital in Gold Beach. She was born March 21, 1906, in St. Louis, Mo., to William and Grace Puhst. She married Cloyd Dimock Smith in 1931 in Reno, Nev., and lived most of their married life in California. She lived in Brookings the last 13 years. Mrs. Smith is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Norman E. and Melba Smith of Brookings. Also surviving are a grandson, granddaughter, great-granddaughter, and great-great-grandson. Arrangements under the direction of Redwood Memorial Chapel. |
