Eric D. D'Alcorn, 91, Brookings, died June 2, 2002, in Gold Beach.
He was born Aug. 7, 1910, in Spalding, England to Mr. and Mrs. Oscar D'Alcorn.
He grew up and went to school in Spalding and married Mamie Atterbury in Derby, England, Nov. 20, 1944.
He served in the British army from 1941 to 1945.
Mr. D'Alcorn left England in 1946 and lived in Vancouver, British Columbia, and Escondido, Calif., before moving to Brookings in 1977. He worked as a manager at Woolworth's until his retirement in 1977. He was an engraver in Brookings for 15 years.
He is survived by his wife, along with three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
