Edna lived in the Visalia and Woodlake areas from 1944 to 1982, and taught second grade in Woodlake from 1966 until 1982, where she also served as PTA president. She moved to Brookings, where she lived from 1988 until 2005. Edna loved Brookings and was very active in Brookings Church of the Nazarene. In 2005 she moved to Coon Rapids, Minn., where she lived until her death. Edna was married to Ken Brown, of Coon Rapids, having met and married at KJNP Mission in North Pole, Alaska, in 1982, after the heavenly home-going of their spouses. Ken’s children are: Gail Ledoux, Lois Franzky, Michael Brown, Mary Hashman, Deborah Burt (deceased), Mark Brown, and Diane DeBoe.
