Richard Jon ‘RJ’ Lortscher Richard Jon “RJ” Lortscher, 52, passed away June 21, 2012, at his home in Brookings, after a heroic fight with lung cancer. He was born Jan. 28, 1960, in St. Louis, Mo. to Kenneth and Norma Jean (Jackson) Lortscher. A full obituary will appear in a future edition of the Pilot. Submitted by Redwood Memorial Chapel. |
